ReplyDeleteThis was my first field trip, besides the fact that i was roasting in the hot sun i thought the field trip was fun. I learned a lot about plane table mapping.i think i did well bringing the measurements down to a 1/100 scale. It was actually really simple to me, until that lady had to go and confuse us all.
In the field trip it was fun, because i was having a good time by to the chant.I was enjoy working on the Hui Kaha Pohaku,it as alot of meaning that i new it for my life. Also i was learn how to use the plane table mapping when i got there,it give me alot of information to learn about it.

ReplyDeleteI liked the feild trip. We got alot of work done. Ryan, Austin, and I had one mean mapping group. It was all good until we got back to hometree and Dr. Martin asked a really confusing question. Everyone was getting frustrated but then we got it resolved. So yeah the feild trip was good.

ReplyDeleteOn this field tirp I went on their were kids from Ehu nui school that were there and when I heard them sing their chant I was suprised by the way they were singing their chants with pride
This field trip was my third one finally. We had to sing E Homai a second time because we weren't loud enough plus we were all spreaded out so we weren't that loud. So we got closer together and we sang loud it sounded way better. Ater that we got our map and finished mapping it. Me, Shannon, Angela, and Lei did gdod work we all worked together even though we were in the hot sun. Later we found out we were doing the wrong map so we were all mad. But keoni said don't be, because its a good thing we worked and did it because he can go on the computer and fix the errors.
